 Returns

• NO restock fee
• Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Please include a note with customer name and reason for return in the package.
• Returns must be shipped to the warehouse address

        *Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to the warehouse.              

• Products must be delivered and accepted for inspection before money is refunded.
• We do not refund the cost shipping, only the purchase of the item.
• Your refund will be credited back to the source of payment.

 Exchanges

• Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Please include a note with customer name and item description to exchange. (Ex-Need large gray henley instead of medium)
• Returns must be shipped to the warehouse address

       *Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to the warehouse.

       * Roughneckstuff will pay for exchange shipping BACK to the customer.

• Products must be delivered and accepted for inspection before new item is exchanged.
